Because we operate in all conditions, we strongly encourage our guests to check the local weather so that you can be prepared! Closed toed shoes are required, please no flip-flops, slides, or sandals. Temperatures can swing drastically at elevation so if it looks chilly, consider bringing layers to ensure your comfort.

All guests are provided with a DOT approved helmet which is required to be worn and buckled for the duration of your adventure. We also have a limited number of raincoats and gloves to accommodate guests during inclement weather.

We do require at least two machines reserved in order to initiate a tour. Sometimes that can cause confusion when trying to book a solo ATV online. If you are a solo rider or couple wishing to share one ATV, please call so we can help find a good place for you on one of our tours!

Our tours are set at a maximum of six ATVs for online reservations. If you choose a reservation time and find there are not enough spaces available, please give us a call. We sometimes have additional time slots that are not visible via online reservations and encourage guests to reach out to us and inquire about other options.

Yes! We think ATV rides are a great option for any group! We cater to all groups such as, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family groups here for celebrations like weddings or reunions, corporate team-building, birthdays, and more!

To ensure a fun, safe, and efficient experience for all, we send out additional guides with large groups. Any time a group reserves 8 or more ATVs the tour cost becomes subject to a 15% gratuity. For your convenience and to ensure the guides are taken care of we include this in the up-front cost of the reservation.

Check-in and tour departure takes place at our Dumont Colorado property located 30 miles outside of Downtown Denver. You can use our business name or address for most map programs! Be sure to monitor the traffic/weather and allow for extra travel time if necessary. Interstate 70 is the main thoroughfare into the mountains which can result in extra weekend/holiday traffic, travel times may vary.

Currently, there are no viable public transit options to get to us. If you do not have access to a personal or rental vehicle, we recommend checking out the Turo App, Denver Limos, or Switchback Van rentals.

***Uber/Lyft are extremely unreliable options and have been known to strand groups for hours.***

We operate with a clear “you break it, you buy it” policy. Our team provides excellent training in the safe handling and operation of the equipment. Guests are given numerous opportunities to ask questions and express concerns. Outdoor activities of this nature require a large degree of personal accountability.

If equipment is damaged on tour, those damages will be assessed. The cost of replacement parts and labor associated with the repairs will be reviewed. Full payment of all costs is expected on-site, the day of your tour.

All of our experiences are guided. Our staff is skilled at navigating the terrain we encounter and will take you to the best spots our trail system has to offer. Our location allows us to take you directly from our property onto the trails without the hassle of worrying about a truck and trailer!

To offer a full refund, we require 72 hours advanced notice when cancelling or downsizing your tour. While we always try to be accommodating, no refunds will be issued for hangovers or irresponsible time management.

We ask that everyone arrives at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of their tour. If you arrive earlier than that, please enjoy our property! We are located right on Clear Creek and have great views, shady seating and even horseshoes to pass the time!

If you are unable to make your scheduled tour time we will make every effort to accommodate you at a later time. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds due to missed reservations.

All passengers must be at least 56 inches to ride along with a parent. Currently, we do not have any options for children smaller than that. Please keep an eye out for new family friendly options we hope to offer soon.

We do not allow personally owned motorsport equipment on our tours for liability and insurance reasons.

Yes, we cannot allow the total weight on the ATV to exceed 425 lbs.

We require full payment at the time of booking.
